they actually have salvinis at my walmart...I doubt they realize it though.

LOL new world syphilis > old world. I just couldn't believe how dumb they were. Out of 2 dudes neither of them could figure out how to bag them and I was like, do you want me to teach you? They just ignored me.

but still not a $2 cory cat not as good as your find but here in sask there is a serious lack of fish variety i wish the stores here had a good selection

oh sorry I misread your original post. Last time I was in a Canada I stopped at a petsmart to discover $20 2" clown loaches, they're like $5-8 here and I've even seen them as low as $2. Common synodontis are pretty cheap here $4-6" but multipuncatus can fetch $15-20 easy.

don't know what you mean by "molting" unless you were refering to how a fish peels out of his colors but these are not red devils they're flowerhorns.

most of my LFS's will let me catch my own fish because they know how picky I am about hand picking them. Otherwise I'm like give me that one in the back right, NO NOT THAT ONE THE OTHER ONE, NO! the one with more red etc.. Lol. After they figure out I know more about their jobs than them they don't care.
 
lol yep everytime i went to a pet shop and buy fish .i am allways affraid that they will drop the fish or hurt them in any kind of way ,so i just tell them can i do it myself lol.wow what are the chance that walmart will have flowerhorn? i will check the walmart near me tomorow .
