Nice find, I found a dozen or so red terrors at my LPS earlier this week and bought one. They aren't as big as yours though, they all were about 1.25"-1.5"...its odd because my LPS never carried these before

Yea im curious on the price. usually here its the other way around. every mayan is called a red terror and sold at festae price too. $8 for "1. rediculous. i get mayan for free from canals. i see festae in ur pics except for one but it could have just been a bad camera angle.

Wow nice find..
I found a festae when i first moved to Houston in a tank marked as Myans.
Their was one real festae in there.Bought him for 7 bucks and he was around 4".
Had for a year and he was looking awsome, came home from work one da and he was dead...not a mark on him.
Anyway great find you lucky ...

Yeah a 4" festae gos for $50 around here right nw anyways. Just cause here an old pair of mineuploadfromtaptalk1332447405993.jpguploadfromtaptalk1332447424125.jpg

Oh I know they are true wild caught Festae from peru.

They actually have really nice color just bad pics and still adjusting
. I've never had issues keeping my Festae in a community tank. Even my breeding pairs. Yeah I hues convicts will work for people who.keep 40gal tanks. But adult convoys are just.small feeders for me.

Total gloat thread.

so what youre saying is that just because you have a big tank and have got them to work in a community setting (for now) that everyone who has a smaller tank or doesnt own one is wrong and you are right? I'm sorry just because Mr Ego here has kept Festae in a community setting succesfully doesnt mean that everyone (or anyone) can.

nice Gloat thread, people like you are whats wrong with this community.

YOU STRUCK GOLD PARDS those are 100%festae

Wow bro. Your tripping over nothing. Im sry I offended you. And sry but Im just excited about a cool.find and wanted to share the excitement.....guess that I am whats wrong with the community.
