might be overcrowded but the fish look very healthy, cant see any torn fins or anything infact that large severum looks very nice. long fins and very good color. nice tank. and cool pic of the turtle.
 
overpacked, yes I agree. Cruel and unhealthy, no. I will do more close-ups of each fish if people demand them to show their vigor.

I admit I need a bigger tank but I am providing for them the best I can and they seem fine. Tank width is at least twice the length of each big fish, and they have room to roam around. Everythings been fine minus the barbs and catfish for almost 3 years.

Unhappy fish=stressed fish=obvious physical signs/symptoms/illnesses/not moving, always hiding. Its a hell of a maintence job but what can I do? Ive done a lot of tweaking around with the fish and I think the tankmates are finally stable with no fights minus the occassional quarelling that dont result in injuries.

Will be happy to answer questions but again I really do provide for them

Really not a fan of the ‘packed look’, but to each person their own. As long as the fish are growing as supposed to, and show no signs reflecting on the overcrowding, they are fine for the time being. Love the FRT though. All I can say is, your fish would get more out of a bigger tank, and you would get more credit and recognition for your collection if they were in a bigger tank. But yeah they all look healthy at the moment and I’m jealous of your FRT!
