We all have our preferences, but I will say that I've had my rays in a 30" tall tank and they are now in a typical 360 gallon - 8'x3'x2' and I am much happier working in this tank than the 30" tall tank. That being said, I do still like the look of a 30" tank better. It's all about our individual tastes. Good luck finding the one you want!

The look is definitely better with 30" tall. I am searching for this big tank to make my community tank with rays, aro, datnoids, bichirs.
