Looking for a buttikoferi

Yeah they do get huge but how long does it take? I ve had mine for about 2 years and id say hes 9 inches and a long way to grow still

I have never seen them around Chicago in the LFS's or Petco's/Petsmart's. I got mine from a local distributor.

I've never ever seen them at a Petco or Petsmart. Only in reg. fish stores. I did see, just last week little babies for sale! SO CUTE! 1" long ... at Tropiquarium in Ocean NJ. Don't remember the price.

hmmm I have had mine for about 6 or 7 months and he has already grown from .75" to about 6. He is growing like a weed. Outgrowing my red terrors and synspilum. Only thing growing faster is my dominant FH.
