Looking for a Certain media for my sump

^^ I agree with John's statement above. It is also important to keep any bio-media as clean as possible by placing it as the final media in the water flow of the filter.

Agreed. The cleaner it stays the better it works.

When I rinse both brands of medias during maintenance they accumulate just as much dirt and come just as clean. Biomax or ceramic medias work really well too, just cost more or less.
