Darn, this is not what I want to hear. It is really difficult to net the tank. :nilly:

It has 2 very large glass lids that are very hard to move and 2 smaller ones that open only 4" to get my net in the tank. :(
 
Silver Dollars will happily eat the veges and fruits as fishdance mentioned. The only way I think to get rid of it, apart from netting it out and getting a fish to eat it, would be to place a strong powerhead and blow it to the surface to make all the waste 'accumilate' into a corner or two will allows for easy pickup by a filter.

The power head idea sound great I am going to try that. Also I will be on look out for some silver dollars.
