I found a microfiber sponge that works pretty good

Kent Marine Pro Scraper is sold with a Acrylic scraper and works very well. They come in different lengths and also come in two choices of extendable.

OMG! Totaly get a rubber-lip pleco, a gold nugget pleco, a royal pleco, a zebra pleco, a bristle nose pleco and a sailfin pleco! The pleco collection would look awesome and do an great cleaning job.
