What recommendations would you make for CA cichlids that aren't very common?

Grammodes they are bad fish they get about a foot-ish. One in a 75 would work not a pair imo. Mini Dovii.
Hmm well I like salvinis a lot, but they aren't exactly rare. Perhaps something like an Amphilophus lyonsi, trimac, Chuco godmani, or some type of Vieja or Paraneetroplus. I'm sure I'm forgetting more than I'm thinking of right now
If be hesitant to put some vieja species as a pair in a 75. Most get at least 10-12 inches

Maybe it's just because I have had peaceful community cichlids for so long, but having just a single large fish in a tank doesn't really hold much interest to me.

I do like the colorations that salvini display, but I can find them in any fish store I walk into.
