It's fairly easy now (as opposed to 3-4 years ago).
One most obvious difference in young fish is that capa's spots are large, larger than the fish eye and are found all over its body. Fila's spots are small, usually as big as the eye or smaller and can sometimes be found only on the rear half but not always.
