freshwater morey eel is most likely gymthorax tile (sp?), a brackish water species, up to full marine. I had one for a while, tough to get to eat on non-live...he just kind of whithered away.

I vote butterfly fish they look different and will add life to the top/upper middle of your tank

Yeah, they're found in the Congo, so they would go great with a butterfly fish, an elephant nose, some upside-down catfish, and I'd also like to add some twig catfish (Farlowella spp.) along with the most excellent ropefish that's already there (but wants a rope-y friend). Now I'm starting to think that the Ram might stick out a lot in this African oddball tank. The twig cats are S.A. but they look like they belong, shhhhh... we won't tell. Maybe we will also need a larger tank, a 125 would do nicely....
