looking for one or two large pacu in the NY area. prefer over 12" so not to be out of place with my 20-21" pacu. He hasent eaten in close to a week, and im pretty sure its due to losing his school mate, since they were ALWAYS next to each other, including feeding time.

Willing to drive within 2 or so hours of NYC to pick-up. I know theres no shortage of red belly pacu out there, so hopefully this wont be too hard.

PM me please

There is a store in buffalo that has some that are 20'' for $10 a piece, kind of far though. If your interested I can give you the number and you can call to see if they are still there.

It is probably the fish place on north tonawanda. If you wanted to go there i'd make the trip and split the gas with you if you drive.

wait a little while and you'll probably find a thread with someone willing to give one away.

I have a pair of 15" red bellies, but I am not sure I want to part with them, I will however help you look. I am just a ferry ride away from Long Island (Orient point/ New London).

I actually posted four free ones (or at least tried to post four free ones, not sure if it made it. they are small though, 8 inch or so.

Your right..actually I would pay $10 just to watch someone try and net out those pacu! lol That is nice of you to help find them a new home.

i emailed a guy from craigslist who is willing to drive his two pacu all the way from maine down to me. he says their 12 years old:WHOA: and if i remember only just over 12"

still willing to take in 1 more if anyone comes across one in desperate need. seeing my one remaining pacu just staying in a corner after my other one died, made me realize even more these guys need to be kept in groups.
