Want to Buy Looking for big tank in florida

Sorry, I mistyped. Of course 8x4x2 480 gal $2500. Not 8x2x2.

If you are adventurous, you can buy the panels and the glue and glue your own of any size and configuration. Gluing machine-fabricated straight panels is not hard at all but one has to be meticulous and overbuild the tank a bit for safety; I mean I would. One would have to have a bit lower aesthetic standards too. The seams will not look as nice as professional, not even close, unless one is willing to sand down imperfections and polish the acrylic back to transparent - a very laborious task. But for me, I don't care, so long it holds water forever.

Wow he gave you guys a great deal then. I asked for something I ng about that size is it was like $4000. The only difference is I think I wanted mine a bit taller. I don't think I could complain though if I was offered that size for that price.

That was several years ago, like 2018-ish. The acrylic prices have gone up a lot since. That's why.

I personally would make a 30" tall out of the same 3/4" acrylic, as 24" tall is made from, but Mario may feel different, which is another possibility for why the price increase, but I bet on the general acrylic price going up worldwide.
