Looking for brightly colorful fish for my Amazon basin tank.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
could do a redbay snook. might inhale the chalceus but I doubt it.

75 gallons but I'm giving my chocolate, pike, almost all my Chalceus except one, my two black bar silver dollars and all of my striped Rapheal cats except one to a friend of mine who has a larger tank with a baby Ray in it who can keep the fish I'm giving him. In about five years I'm going to be getting a 500 gallon and I'll have all the stock listed above. But once I give the fish to my buddie this would be my stock.
75 gallon fish tank
# of fish: 14
Stock List
• 1 Pink tailed Chalceus
• 2 Tiger Silver Dollar fish
• 1 Black Ghost Knife fish
• 4 (Satanoperca daemon) three spotted earth eater
• 2 (Heros Notatus) spotted Severum
• 1 Striped Rapheal catfish
• 1 Columbian spotted pleco
• 2 snowball plecos

You are overstocked. You will have to thin some more.

What else should I remove then? I won't give up the earth eaters or Severums because they are wild caught and cost me a fortune. And I want to hold on to the snowball plecos and the tiger silver dollars because they were expensive.

So it's the striped Rapheal, the Chalceus, and spotted Columbian pleco that I'd care less to see go... But I don't think I'd be overstocked?

Your tank isn't 3ven big enough for your 4 daemons without tankmates. You can keep a bonded pair of them with one chalceus and one striped rafael. That's max and it's assuming it's a bonded pair of daemon.

Sorry I forgot about the Amazon Baison requirement. my bad.
