Well if the 15000 pond won't be ready until next year you may as well sell the pacu as that will be way to big for the 200 gal before the pond is built

Got a pic of the 200 gal so we can get a idea of the setup as you maybe able to put the tiger in that

They'll be moved to a 700 gallon aquarium temporarily when they outgrow this 200. Friend of mine owns one, it is 10x3x3.

I'll post some pics of the 200 soon, it's difficult to do from my phone. It isn't set up yet though. It is 7x2x2 and will be mostly open space with a few hiding places and will have a pool filter sand bottom most likely

So the 15000 gal won't be built until next year

The 200 gal is not set up yet

So what tank do you have the aro oscur and pacu in ?

You have the fish stated in a 55 gal and you want to add more

To tell the truth I wouldn't buy anymore fish until you have set up the 200 gal and sell the pacu now

How big is the pacu aro and other fish you mentioned

welcome back massa' T1..

get rid of the pacus, they won't help any situation.. shame they even sell them.. the 200 is what I recommend for most dats.. T1 on the other hand owns one that makes a 1000g look small..

when getting a dat don't fear the price.. it WILL be your favourite fish but they are very fragile when small and they do themselves justice until 6-7".. that's when they gain confidence enough.. you can end up missing the spiecie since "they just die" or having to buy 10 2"ers instead of buying 1 6-7"er..

I'd get another cheap 55 or something for a growout if you can't find a nice sized dat.. they are not aggressive but the discus/angel/dat just isn't a very good idea..
