Looking for dither fish

Giant danios are by far my favorite dither for large tanks with large fish. My red texas, who was extremely aggressive, was only able to catch one over several years. A few others were chased out of the tank at night and somehow fit through small gaps at the back of the tank and onto the floor. Overall, a very hardy fish and actually kind of pretty because they're so fast.

Ok well silver dollars I will keep on the list but I am searching for something else. I would defiantly prefer them over giant danios. I am glad that filament barbs worked for you moodydoody because I really like them also if I can just find them. I have also been looking at red line torpedo barbs.

Octofasciata, I have thought about adding something like a male convict or some other tough cichlid also so the pair has some competition.
