people that buy and setup up thier tanks on gorilla racks usually are into fish and not willing to sell them unless they are getting out of the hobby... so you are going to have to wait awhile... but anyways there is a similar racking system at coscto and it cost 60 dollars there are four shelves and each one holds 500 pounds. just thought I'd put that out there. :)

Wayyy too weak.

I ended up going with a Z-beam rack and 3/4" plywood sealed with marine paint. Each shelf holds 1500 pounds for a total of 4500 pounds. :)

I agreed. 500 lbs maximum capacity is not a lot when it comes to aquariums. My Gorilla Rack is rated for 500 but the board started to flex after one year of use. All I have is a 20g on it and the rest are my junk.:D

If you want to use dual 60 then you'll have to pay for the heavy duty rack and that could run you a couple of hundred bucks easily.

2x4 are 1.50 for 8ft. If you have the tools just spend a weekend to build one. You'll save yourself $300.
