You know you are a MonsterFishKeeper when you set up a series of cameras and recording devices to view your fish while on vacation.
yup my house is wired now and I had fun doing it. I have wanted to be able to view my fish while at work or away for some time now. Well I got me excuse to wire it up. This is where I need the in put guys.
I took on a friend who needed a place to stay and I needed help for rent. With that being said he moved in and then did a complete 180.
I am going to list off some things which will blow your mind I am sure.
-70db music till 2am. Death metal! I liked it until he moved in.
-Got a new video game and he beat it while I was sitting there.
-My GF was feeding us as here contribution to the house and he eat 60% of the groceries in the course of one week.
-Ate my pre made lunch for two weeks before I knew my GF was making me lunch.
-No cleaning for this guy he is to cool.
-Pretty sure he stole $200 + prescription meds.
-Brings dirty people home with no heads up.
-Pretty sure he was using my loofa along with other bath room items.
-Makes his own bill schedule along with what he will be paying me.
-A month and a half late on rent and thinks its cool because he gave me two months worth and not utilities.
-Takes off for the summer as a camp counselor for three months without paying rent or giving me any idea when I will get monies.
-His mom then disses my GF via facebook.
-Then he does via facebook???
With all this in mind he signed a rental agreement with me which is clear cut on late fees, rent payment, property, etc. I gave him notice to pay his bills it did not happen I got a txt message stating he wont pay when the bills are due??? I took the papers to court and filed to have him evicted. He protested and sent a check for what he thinks his late fees should be??? Now I have a court case on Sept 9th which I wont be in town for. I leave for my vacation I have had scheduled for the past year and paid for on the 3rd which is the day after he gets back from his summer job and when he will pay his next months rent. Two days after its due for me and a week after his rent is due to me. So this guy will be at my house alone pissed at me for a week. Are there any lawyers out there that can help me out? just some advice would be great.
Sorry about the long post I am really pissed at this and just want to beat the crap out of this guy but I have played by the rules up to this point so I will do my best to keep a level head.
On the plus side I may get some cool video of my babies to post for you guys.
