Only problem with massivore is it's relatively expensive as far as pellets go. My Ps do love it though. Hikari gold is a much cheaper options. Let us know how those arowana stick goes

Yea the massivore is a little spendy, but I like to spoil my p's haha, just fed em the sticks and they went crazy over that too, I was feeding them Tetra Cichlid sticks for a little while and they like that stuff too, so gettin them to eat the Hikari wasn't difficult at all. I think they will be happy with the Hikari for long term use. So I think I'll keep giving them the Massivore and Hikari sticks for prepared food and keep switchin it up with filets and shrimp and what not.
I feel you...I was buying feeders from Petco and heard some nasty ish about the way they maintain there tanks...no bueno!!! I started going to my LFS that I get my fish...further drive but worth it...
I will try Massivore pellets like Greez suggested...was giving them some shrimp pellets that where recommended at the LFS but I did some reading on the Massivore pellets and everyone swears colors seem to blow up when they fed it to their fish..
So it's worth a try....

You could try the sinking pellets Hikari offers for smaller sz carnivores....They are called Hikari Tropical sinking carnivore pellets...
