have you thought about doing the dry stack method of cinder block construction. from what i have researched it is perfect for cinder block tank construction.
 
dry stack method? as in no mortar between the blocks?
 
Lets hear some stocking suggestions as well
 
i don't think that'd be the bet idea since i am using an epoxy to seal the concrete. with a liner i think that would be fine, however, that is not the route that i am going to travel. thanks for the suggestion tho :)
