Depending on size of your tank, you could probably get away with a pair...


Neetroplus nematopus are rather dull blue/grey but the are unmatched in tenacity. however neet. panamensis are beautiful some are gold/yellowish, other races are red. Both neet. species stay rather small 5 inches.I kept both neets. before. Amphilophus rthysma are one of the most colorful fish I've kept. veja hartwegii, theraps lentigenossum,amph.bussingi (if you can find them) all of these are rare in U.S. as I'm looking for them also; had some bussingi yrs. ago wish I would have got lents. & harts. when I saw them.the last is thoricthys passiones(spelled wrong) also a mild small cichlid.Neetroplus are the way to go!!!![]()
