Theres a guy who spams Craigslist in my area asking for free and unused aquarium stuff.. Like food, tanks, pumps, decor, substrate, anything he can get for free. Then turn around and sell those items for 100% profit. Despicable.

Ya I definitely would never do that. I love this hobby too much. My wife says I'm obsessed with my fish lol I use any piece of equipment I can. If I had to get rid of something I would trade it with a fellow hobbyist

I'm not trying to make money. Most people are looking to upgrade something. Trading benefits both people. If I had something to give away I would but being married to military and moving around I don't.
