I have never been able to find decent large sunken ships, the majority of them are far too cartoon like for me. I like the natural look in my tanks. The only ones I have seen of significant size that were more on the realistic side, were at my LFS, Fish Doctors in Ypsi, Mi. They have a battleship and a submarine, both around 2.5-3ft in length, and maybe 6 or 7 inches tall. Also have a sunken Helicopter too, about the same size. All are around $100... They are the ONLY ones I have ever considered buying, everything on Amazon or at Petsmcosupplies are just too cartoonish.
