Sad to see this little guy go. Upon further inspection he was missing all his scales from the middle of his body to his tail. The Jaguar must have had him pretty far down.
Off to the LFS' to check out the Aro stock!
Might pick up a Jardini this time, but I just love the longer fins on the Silvers/Blacks.

It's definitely upsetting but I'm sure I'll find another to fill the void.
 
Gonzaga, you're an Aro guy! You did your best. Keep the spirits up qand go get a new one.

(And don't put in a position where the jag can harm it)

Yea it's a shame. I had the tank split in half with a piece of glass and he slipped through a crack..:(

I'm definitely getting another!
 
I don't like to split tanks with glass. it is not safe because glass slips away. You should try with acryllic. When i need to split i buy 2 mm acryllic, drill holes in it and put it in the tank. You need to have perfect good measures so that it fits tightly and does not moove..
