pleco n cichlids are not good company for bichirs ... but u can try

Delhezi, Polli, and more Sens would work well. All those species grow to the size that you're looking for. But if you experience any aggression from the Plecos or Cichlids, it's best to try to rearrange the decor first. If that doesn't work, you're probably going to have to move some fish.
