C/L and FreeCycle are your friends when it comes to Hot Tubs. Most times all the person wants is the thing gone. I had to take down 2 door jams and a Sliding glass door to get my tub out of this guys Sun Room. Through his living room down a hallway and out the Patio Door. But it was Worth it.

ill only take it if he gives it to me. i wont pay anymore then $0.01 for it lol. and if this doesnt work out, then ill find something else. in south-east texas, 99% of the land is farming. theres tons of troffs and stuff around everywhere that people will just give to you. plus ill go looking around some scrap-yards and see if i can find anything. hopefully he caves in and just gives me the dang thing though lol
 
I would say if you get it for free or really cheap then go for it. I have friend that has an old satellite dish. The giant fiberglass ones the has a seam down the middle of it. I have been trying to get him to turn it into a garden pond. Its like 2' deep in the middle. I think it would work great if we sealed the seam after setting it in the ground. But a hot tub would great.
 
Rats! We just gave one away two weeks ago. If I knew any fishkeepers that wanted it, I'd have been happy to give it to them. We were happy to get rid of it. The only one who ever used it was the outside cat who lay on the top to sun herself.

I'm interested to see where this goes. I hope the "jerk" gives in and lets it go. $300 for that thing? Talk about greedy!
 
It is 1196 US.Gallons so Basically 1200Gal,996 UK Gal and Oh My God! 4530 Litres! :D
 
currently the size of the fish are-
arowanas 11-13"
tsn is about 7"
oscar is about 6-7"
rbp are both about 8-9"
clown knife is about 5-6"

so by the time the pond is built, this summer at some point, itll be close to time for the aro and pacus to leave the 200 gal. and i think that the tsn will enjoy the elevation changes until it gets past 3', which wont be for a long time
