Believe me Duanes the dark gravel has always held my flowerhorns down. By the way those Cubans are awesome looking. That’s one fish I’ve never kept.

i got this one from That Pet Place. Its about an hour drive from me and they usually have some really nice fish. Ive had Losellie's from them before though, they just never looked like this. Maybe male/female differences, I'm not sure.

Hope you quarantine fish when you buy them for there. I stopped buying from them years ago because I brought home fish w/ ich and white stringy poo. Last time I was there they had a lot of dead fish just sitting in tanks. Some fish are mislabeled too.
The loisellei I bought there years ago was pretty nice though. Here is a pic off him.

Sweet looking fish. I’ve never had a problem with them doing a bad job though. If anything I get annoyed when they get so inquisitive about what I’m putting the fish into.
