I plan on raising the discus from about the 4" size with the tetras. I see plenty of people who have the small tetras in their discus tanks and a buddy of mine does as well. And I have read that discus enjoy having dither fish in the water. Granted, those were pretty much opinions. I don't want barbs as they are too aggressive for discus, but can anyone recommend a hardy, good looking tetras or small fish that would do well with discus? I want something colorful, not just 1 bland color.
