Septecemia is a bacterial infection, and Jungle Labs parasite clear is great for quarantining new fish (especially wild caught) because it kills parasites and has medication to fight bacterial infection (which btw, is the best way to treat fungal infection).
What is your weekly maintenance like? How often do you change water and clean your filters?
The bloating could also be due to bacteria, and if the Parasite Clear meds dont' work, try Mardel brand 'Maracyn' and 'Maracyn 2', they have saved my butt with bacterial infections on any type of tropical fish.
In my experience, I always dose with the full dose, to avoid risking that the bacteria will recover over time and be more resistant to the medication.
