i know 2 people who had the same thing on their tigers

they took them out and squeezed them like a spot and they were fine the still came back 2 months later but after that nothing

my NGT had the same thing to i done the same and i never saw the spot again

tigers are easy to work with out of water as they dont flap around much they go stiff

I know how hard they are to get. I am not as pissed about the monetary lost as much as I am losing the fish.

I've used Maracyn 2 on dats before with no ill effects. Can't say for sure though in your case. Sorry about the dat

i've had several bad lucks with mardel products and have since stopped using them ... lost several prized fish in the process ...though with marcyn two, since it's an antibiotic care must be taken to have plenty of aeration and daily water change. antibiotic will kill all bacteria, good and bad

as stated tigers are very easy to work with out of the water you can just take them out of the tank and put the med directly on the problem
