A true fish lover will take care of even the most despised. I have three $ .25cent goldfish in my 180g and they are my favorite fish. Not because they are some rare or exotic fish, but because I have rescued each from certain death more than one time. When they were small, they got sucked up the downtube more than once, almost killed from anchor worms introduced by some pond goldfish( later kulled because of the parasite)...
I am sorry to hear you lost a fish you held dear. Maybe an opportunity to rescue another oddball from WalMart.

I'm so sorry for your loss, cute fish that probably knew how much it was loved by you. I love my parrots, too. They were just as small when I bought them. They are most personable fish I own.
