how long have you had him for and have you seen him eat yet?
The reason I ask is becuase I had my fire eel for 6 weeks before he ate anything.
Eventually he was moving around more and more looking for food and never eating any pellets or bloodworm.
Then eventually I tried earthworms in as he was starving and he ate loads of them.... now all he'll eat is earthworm and rivershrimp.
They fussy eaters !
