Lost Leo pup.

I'm sorry to say that one of my Leo pups didn't make it. It died Thursday night just 3 days after birth. I don't know what went wrong. I took every precaution to make sure every thing was perfect. Their water condition and temperature was just right. As disappointed and saddened that I am, I dont blame myself. The other one seems to be doing o.k.. For some reason, the one that died wasn't as active as the one I have left. Maybe it wasn't as healthy as I thought.

As far as pics and video, they should be up by tonight or tomarrow.

That is indeed sad news. However you can take solice that your other is alive and well. Still lot's to learn about rays.

Here's a question for the pros. Are complications pretty common for a first litter. Ive heard that before from other breeders.

If ur rays breed.... obviously u are doing something right, I Have heard tho that first litters are the weakest

Freddy, Complications are common in almost every litter. I have been asking alot of breeders there success rate with pups and most all litters seem to have some that just dont make it. Like your said cant blame yourself it's just nature some live and some dont.
