If anyone has any suggestions as to a new wet pet, let me know. So far I got a nice young male Argentae and will be picking up a young male synspilum. Has never had kept these species before so hopefully they will be owner interactive.

IME, those two will not compare to a Midas as far as personallity goes... not many do though. Are you looking to go away from Amphilophus?? If not, I have a Xilo and he is very owner responsive... along with my Trimac and Red Isletas too. Good luck and again, sorry for the loss.
