Lost my Jar today

How much water that you take out and replace with new water? Did you de-chlorine after you do water change? Seems like water is the cause of death
 
I did about a 50% water change. Yes, I always dechlorinate the water and all the parameters checked out okay. It's definitely not the water that killed him. I am really thinking maybe some of those crickets were contaminated. Cause like I said my silver I had in there didn't eat one and he's straight.

This is why I wanted you to go to your store and ask where exactly did they get the crickets and report what happened.

Yeah, I plan on going up there tomorrow. As far as them doing something about, I doubt it, but at least they can investigate and see if anyone else had any problems and prevent from happening to another hobbyist. I plan on picking up another Jar sometime this week.:)
