Autopsy? Gill color, fin color? Perhaps a little more info. How do you change water? Do you use prime? How often do you change water. If you wait too long in between changes you could shock the fish with good water. Accidentally putting vodka instead of water conditioner will kill it too. Not to make light of your beloved's death.
