WHAT...is that a basset? I am so sorry...Ive been there with a few of my bassets...unforseen deaths. Dude, its hard, really hard. I am really sorry.

Please, when you get a chance PM me and let me know what happened when you feel up to it. I have had bassets my whole life and am attached to the breed.
 
I wanted to thank everyone, sorry for the no replies......just needed to get it off my chest a little. Don't really wanna talk about it though. Cannot be down around my little kids about it. Thank god they are too young to know...:(
