I've had 11 fish die in the last 3 weeks. I've lost 7 neon tetras and 4 baby angels.

My water params are good. My tank temp is boosted to 82 and I've salted the tank. I make water changes everyday or every other day.

There are no visible signs of disease or damage to the fish. My last fish that died was alive and well up till about 3 hours ago and it dropped dead. It's the exact same story with every fish.

The only sign they're not well is rapid breathing (sometimes). Are there any parasites or internal diseases I should try and treat for? The small fish are no big deal but I have one large fish I'm quite attached to in that tank. I don't want to lose my big guy. I don't have the option of quarantining the large fish right now either. What should I pick up and treat for/with?

yeah you got any airaition in the tank? if not put a airstone. also what are the water params?

How long has this tank been set up and tell us what size and you're filters how often you change media and what chemicals you add (carbon prime etc) maybe this will help us (mfk peeps) help out some more I have seen ur prev post I'm trying to help

I treat my water with amquel and prime. its a 29 gal. I just changed the carbon this week, it was about a month old. I have a hang on filter (i'm not sure of the flow rate but I think its sufficient). The tank has been up for over 6 months. my water params all read 0 ppm. I have 2 airstones and they're run by a pump for a 40 gal.

Here's the really weird thing - I hadn't lost a fish at all in the first 6 months. I've been keeping fish for over 4 years so I've gotten pretty good at catching bad things in the tank. This just baffles me. I've never lost this many fish at once with no apparent signs of trouble.

Did you lose the fish before or after changing the carbon.?

You say the water parameters are fine, what parameters have you actually tested for?

I think I may have gotten a few fish with Neon Tetra Disease. I got rid of a bunch of fish and picked up a bunch more neon tetras about 4 weeks ago. They've been dropping one by one. They're behaving like the bit on NTD describes in the disease sticky. I have one big question though: Does NTD affect fish other than neon tetras? I've lost 4 baby angel fish over the last 3 weeks as well, and I'm worrying about my goby getting sick.

All your water tests should not read '0' or something's wrong. You should have a reading for nitrates. What do you mean you "changed the carbon"? Carbon is useless, you don't need it at all. You didn't also change out the sponge that holds your good bacteria, did you?
What exactly ARE your readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? Don't bother using the dip sticks, they're as worthless as carbon. Use the test kit with the drops and tubes. It's incredibly hard trying to help without knowing your exact water parameters, how long you had the fish, if you quarrantined them, etc.
Sorry.
