Ya, as far as the Background I live in Germany so It was some Brand over here cant remember. But it was just normal spray Paint. But after I did the painting I added a layer of dark black plastic background over the paint. The kind you normally see the black and blue sided stuff for back grounds. I just put that on the back and it gave the paint a good dark color from the inside as no light would pass through it.
The rest is just the lighting and the surface water movement that give it the effects in the background.
