Impressive stock!! Those gars look like florida/spotted gars to me, probably florida.

those smaller gars are indeed Florida gars (Lepisosteus platyrhincus), same species as the larger gars pictured. these fish are better suited for the home aquaria, but are in fact not Alligator gars (Atractosteus spatula).
