Isla Taboga Panama via Milwaukee
First acquired these a few years ago, and tried to grow them in the main tank (not in direct sun).
They did grow, but minimally, and mostly melted, directly below, a shot from Jan 2020, the pads range in size here, from a quarter, to half dollar. .

The new used sump arrived in Dec 2020, so the Nymphea nouchali bulbs were moved there, and now get about at least 6 hours of full sun.
Although they started out OK, the water flow to the sump caused them to melt.
So I adjusted the outflow of the heaviest cascade to the opposite end of the sump, from where the bulbs were placed, and now they are fairing much better.

The pads are now about hand size, and there are much more of them than before.
