Very cool!! I had a hard time finding plain, wild looking BN plecos around here for the last 9 months due to covid and importing issues. I finally found one last month. The last thing that I wanted to do was to place an order for 1 fish. I feel for you being in such an isolated area, fishwise.

Thank you! Yeah we have two petcos, one Petsmart, and a saltwater store but nothing freshwater that I’m aware of...and the big box stores we have are 40 minutes away

hum...maybe my obsession will blossom one day into a freshwater store of my own ??

Not mail and some might disapprove of my buying a new fish so soon but I was in the store for almost an hour talking to a guy that breeds cichlids and has lots of experience and he helped me pick out the fish. The deal sealer on this guy is that he has one blue eye and one orange eye.

There was a guy there he was actually the guy that now owns my sun catfish and he has his basement dedicated to a fish room with over 50 tanks up to a 300g. We talked for an hour almost about this fish and care for it along with size.

You will need to put him in your 75. Preferably larger. Devils/Midas hit up to 15 inches. Even smaller guys like sagittaes hit 12-13.

What and how many fish do you have in your 75g Rtc/tsn ? Do you still have the Blackbelt and Flowerhorn? Just curious because you seem to buy new fish quite often. That Red Devil is gonna murder his tankmates if he's not alone in the 75g. He needs his space. I don't think this Red Devil will work out at all with the other fish I think you have. What fish do you have? I can't keep track lol. GL

I only have a red devil and flowerhorn. Depending on how the flowerhorn turn out I’ll either sell or trade for store credit. Right now the red devil is alone in a 40g. The 75g isn’t here yet. The one at the store I was planning on getting ended up being 600$ and it was a tank and stand alone and that’s just ridiculous pricing so I’m waiting to find something on Facebook marketplace. At the moment I only have a flowerhorn in a 20g which I’ll be moving to a 29g with the next couple months and a red devil in the 40g alone
