low down jardini

My 8in jar only wants to hang out in the bottom of my tank. Its a 55gal tank for now, and my water gets a 20% change a week. Any ideas about what could cause this behavior?

the jardini is stressed and is it new?

It has been in the tank for about a month. It has a 5in sailfin pleco as a tank mate, could that be it?

maybe the pleco is stressing it out or something is wrong with your water

stress or sick, can take up to 2 months for an aro to become not do stressed.

Sounds like a water problem... A pleco shouldn't boss around an 8" aro.

i say your 20% a week w/c schedule is to blame for the stress. It seems way too little.
