low light plant question

Ill try my sunlight first, please unless you know my towns utility rates or my pay check do not assume what is inexspensive for me. thanks for the advice everyone.

something to the tune 11 cents a kwh i bet that is if your at redding electric.
kwh stands for kilowatt hour. so 1000 watts every hour.
depending on tank size lighting wattage varies but its generally less then a 100 watts.
so that like a penny every hour.

i think so cal Edison is like 17 cents lol not sure who they have there though lol
