Low Range Heaters: Do They Exist, and Where Can I Get One?

Just don't let the water freeze solid and they should be fine.
The power head skimming the surface should do that (I hope!). And I'm hoping it doesn't get to freezing point (at least in the tank!) Because whatever that tank is on, that's my room temperature!!! :D

Even if there is a thin layer of ice on the surface, as long as there is liquid water below the ice and it does not freeze solid, they will be fine.

Gosh goldfish are tough buggers. How people manage to kill them is beyond me (don't misunderstand, I know EXACTLY how people manage.) but I've had mine in 30°c+ water (not by design, just summer room temperature) and now their in the opposite extreme... DAYUM!!!
