Maybe because people are looking for a complete set up with a price. The thought of reviewing what is missing, not being able to see all the products running before considering purchase can create a significant amount of concern for buyers. Not to mention the cost for transport. Just my personal preference is i like to show the tank fully running before breaking anything down. This way theres no question on any of the items in terms of cracks, filtration, leaks, performance, and quality of the products. I don't know many who is willing to come down and see a full running tank and not seriously consider pick up. GLWS.

your statement about people looking for a complete setup with a price is irrelevant.
it clearly states the(my) asking price for the 240g acrylic tank and the items that are
included with the sales. hence you would have no need to review what items are missing.
also as for worries with leaks if your bring a few 1.5 ball valves i can do a leak/fill test
on the spot for anyone.

No criticism here just opinions everyone is entitled to. Seeing all the pipes/hoses (i prefer hoses) with the system fully running is a slam dunk for a quick sale...scratch that...selling items in SoCal can be quite a feat if items are not almost free sadly. I feel your pain with lowballers. Not implying anything either on your advertising for the sake of arguments.
