Lowest temp Tor putitora can handle?

Hi all,

I'm very new to this forum, so please excuse any mistakes or errors...
I'm sitting in the southern part of Germany and I own a very nice pond, containing lake trout, paddlefish and sturgeon. I'm wondering if I could keep tor putitora... What minimum temperature can those fish take during winter? I searched the web, but could not find any good info.

Welcome!

Tor putitora and Tor tor are either the same fish or often confused. Both are sub-tropical fish with the temp range of 13-15 C for low and 30 C for high.

Thank you very much for this quick answer. So i guess it‘s no good idea. Our ponds here get as cold as 4-5 C during winter.
