This fish is a lurk and strike predator that hides in plants and branches terrestrial (during monsoon) and aquatic waiting for prey.
As twenty leagues suggested, I'm also guessing it is wild caught, so beside providing the necessary type water it lives in, in nature, it should be provided with lots of cover to feel comfortable.
If it were me, I'd have a ton of floating plants in its tank, terrestrial plants with roots hanging down into the water, and a tangle of thin branches, as in the branches below. The branches also help add tannins
