i think you get replays after you die, and you can choose to save the replay, you can do this after an insane kill also..i think...someone with the game may know better than someone who doesn't even have a 360, LOL

No. What you do is go into Theater mode. There is no true replay of a certain kill, you replay the whole game.
In Theater mode you can screen shot and record a video. But its not a true video that you can put on your computer, these people have video capturing software to do it.
