Monopterus albus is probably more likely than Synbranchus marmoratus, seeing as they are farm raised.

That's no lungfish but a swamp eel. I agree with SimonL that's a Monopterus albus. I just got one of that and they do act similar to African lungfish.
Do you have any care tips?? Ive heard keep them in brackish water and keep them in freshwater. Very confusing...

Yes they can tolerate about anything. A very hardy fish IMO.
Final ID on this guy is leucistic Synbranchus marmoratus... face and body has more of a synbranchus look than a monopterus, which can be seen in person and not on my crappy pics.
Also found out this guy came from a south american shipment of lungfish from sunpet wholesale...
